咖哩牛筋腩
Braised Curry Beef Brisket
Kari daging sapi

咖哩牛筋腩
材料:

  1. 牛腩300g
  2. 牛筋300g
  3. 紅蘿蔔100g
  4. 洋蔥1個
  5. 薯仔1個

調味料:

  1. 咖哩醬2湯匙
  2. 水1200cc
  3. 椰汁200cc
  4. 香葉兩塊
  5. 鹽一茶匙
  6. 糖兩茶匙

做法:

  1. 紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、薯仔切粒
  2. 冷鑊下油,待油熱後,炒香洋蔥放入咖哩醬
  3. 下水及加入其他材料煮一小時後,再放入椰汁,鹽,糖完成

Braised Curry Beef Brisket

Ingredient:

  1. Beef Brisket 300g
  2. Beef tendon 300g
  3. Carrot 100g
  4. Onion 1
  5. Potato 1

Seasoning:

  1. Curry sauce - 1 tablespoon
  2. Water 1200cc
  3. Coconut milk 200cc
  4. Fragrant leaves 2pcs
  5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
  6. Sugar - 2 teaspoon 

Cooking method:

  1. Diced the Carrots, onions, and potato
  2. Add oil into cold Wok. After the oil is hot, saute the onion and put in the curry sauce.
  3. Add boiled water, other ingredients and cook for 1 hour. After that, add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Serve.

Kari daging sapi

Bahan:

  1. daging sapi 300g
  2. Tendon sapi 300g
  3. Wortel 100g
  4. Bawang 1
  5. Kentang 1

Bumbu:

  1. Saus kari - 1 sendok makan
  2. Air 1200cc
  3. Santan 200cc
  4. Daun harum 2 lembar
  5. Garam - 1 sendok teh
  6. Gula - 2 sendok teh

Cara memasak:

  1. Potong Wortel, bawang, dan kentang
  2. Tambahkan minyak ke dalam wajan dingin. Setelah minyak panas, tumis bawang dan masukkan saus kari.
  3. Tambahkan air matang, bahan-bahan lain dan masak selama 1 jam. Setelah itu, tambahkan santan, garam dan gula. Dan siap di hidangkan .
