咖哩牛筋腩
材料:
- 牛腩300g
- 牛筋300g
- 紅蘿蔔100g
- 洋蔥1個
- 薯仔1個
調味料:
- 咖哩醬2湯匙
- 水1200cc
- 椰汁200cc
- 香葉兩塊
- 鹽一茶匙
- 糖兩茶匙
做法:
- 紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、薯仔切粒
- 冷鑊下油,待油熱後,炒香洋蔥放入咖哩醬
- 下水及加入其他材料煮一小時後,再放入椰汁,鹽,糖完成
Braised Curry Beef Brisket
Ingredient:
- Beef Brisket 300g
- Beef tendon 300g
- Carrot 100g
- Onion 1
- Potato 1
Seasoning:
- Curry sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Water 1200cc
- Coconut milk 200cc
- Fragrant leaves 2pcs
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 teaspoon
Cooking method:
- Diced the Carrots, onions, and potato
- Add oil into cold Wok. After the oil is hot, saute the onion and put in the curry sauce.
- Add boiled water, other ingredients and cook for 1 hour. After that, add coconut milk, salt and sugar. Serve.
Kari daging sapi
Bahan:
- daging sapi 300g
- Tendon sapi 300g
- Wortel 100g
- Bawang 1
- Kentang 1
Bumbu:
- Saus kari - 1 sendok makan
- Air 1200cc
- Santan 200cc
- Daun harum 2 lembar
- Garam - 1 sendok teh
- Gula - 2 sendok teh
Cara memasak:
- Potong Wortel, bawang, dan kentang
- Tambahkan minyak ke dalam wajan dingin. Setelah minyak panas, tumis bawang dan masukkan saus kari.
- Tambahkan air matang, bahan-bahan lain dan masak selama 1 jam. Setelah itu, tambahkan santan, garam dan gula. Dan siap di hidangkan .
