泰式蒟蒻麵
材料:
- 蒟蒻 一包
- 甘荀 1條
- 青瓜 1條
- 花生 適量
- 金不換 適量
- 薄荷葉 適量
調味料
- 青檸 1個
- 魚露 1湯匙
- 辣椒 1條
- 糖 1.5湯匙
- 水 3湯匙
- 蒜頭 3粒
做法:
- 將調味料混合
- 將蒟蒻拆散,煮熟過冷河
- 甘筍,青瓜切絲
- 放上蒟蒻麵,倒入調汁即可
Thai konjac noodles
Ingredient:
- Konjac 1 pack
- Carrot 1 strip
- Cucumber 1 strip
- Peanuts 5
- Thai Basil
- Mint Leaf
Seasonings:
- Lime 1
- ish Sauce 1tbsp
- Chili Pepper 1 strip
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp
- Water 3 tbsp
- Garlic 3 cloves
Cooking Method:
- Mix all seasonings together.
- Untie and blanch the konjac, then put into cold water.
- Shred the carrot and cucumber
- Apply on the konjac noodles, then pour in the sauce. Serve.
