海椰津白
Chinese Cabbage with Coconut Water
Kubis Cina dengan Air Kelapa

海椰津白

材料:

  1. 津白 1棵(約450g)
  2. 椰皇 1個
  3. 蝦乾 4隻

做法:

  1. 將蝦乾洗淨浸水
  2. 椰皇取椰皇水備用
  3. 津白洗淨,切半
  4. 鍋內放入津白、蝦乾及1湯匙浸蝦乾水
  5. 加蓋煮約5分鐘,倒入約250ml的椰皇水加蓋再煮5分鐘,灑上蔥花即可

Chinese Cabbage with Coconut Water

Ingredients:

  1. Chinese Cabbage 1 bunch
  2. Coconut 1
  3. Dried Shrimp 4 pieces

Cooking Method:

  1. Wash and soak the dried shrimp.
  2. Pour out the coconut water.
  3. Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut into half.
  4. Add the Chinese cabbage, dried shrimp and 1 tbsp of the shrimp water into the pan.
  5. Cover and cook for 5mins, pour in 250ml of coconut water and cook for 5mins more. Add some diced spring onion on top. Serve.

Kubis Cina dengan Air Kelapa

Bahan:

  1. Kubis Cina 1 ikat
  2. Kelapa 1
  3. Udang Kering 4 buah

cara memasak:

  1. Cuci dan rendam udang kering.
  2. Tuangkan air kelapa.
  3. Cuci kubis Cina, potong setengah.
  4. Tambahkan kol Cina, udang kering dan 1 sdm air udang ke dalam wajan.
  5. Tutup dan masak selama 5 menit, tuangkan dalam 250 ml air kelapa dan masak selama 5 menit lagi. Tambahkan beberapa bawang daun dadu di atas. Dan siap di hidangkan .
