無水梅菜蒸雞肉
Waterless Steamed chicken with preserved vegetable
Babi Kukus dengan Sayuran yang diawetkan

無水梅菜蒸雞肉 

材料:

  1. 雞脾肉250g
  2. 梅菜乾50g
  3. 蒜蓉 1湯匙

調味料:

  1. 酒一湯匙
  2. 鹽 1/2茶匙

做法:

  1. 將雞肉去皮切塊
  2. 梅菜乾洗淨後用溫水浸泡30分鐘,瀝乾水份,切成段,莖部分切薄片
  3. 冷鍋落油燒熱,炒香蒜蓉
  4. 放入梅菜及雞肉,灑上調味料
  5. 蓋上蓋,中小火煮12分鐘

Waterless Steamed chicken with preserved vegetable

Ingredient:

  1. Chicken steak 250g
  2. Preserved Vegetable 50g
  3. Minced Garlic 1tbsp


Marinade for chicken leg

 

  1. Wine 1 tablespoon
  2. Salt – 1/2 tsp

Cooking method:

  1. Remove the skin of chicken, chopped into small pieces.
  2. Wash the preserved vegetable, soak it in warm water for 30 minutes, drain and cut into 3inches long, the stem part sliced it
  3. Spread oil in cold pan, sautéed minced garlic
  4. Add in preserved vegetable and chicken, sprinkle in seasonings.
  5. Cover the lid, cook for 12mins in med-low heat. Serve. 

Babi Kukus dengan Sayuran yang diawetkan 

Bahan:

  1. Perut babi 250g
  2. Sayuran yang diawetkan 50g 

Bumbunya untuk perut babi:

  1. Anggur 1 sendok makan
  2. Cincang jahe 10g
  3. Garam - sedikit 

cara memasak:

  1. Cuci dan tiriskan perut babi dan potong kecil-kecil, rendam selama 20 menit.
  2. Cuci sayuran yang diawetkan, rendam dalam air hangat selama 30 menit, tiriskan, sisihkan.
  3. Campur sayuran dan perut babi yang diawetkan, kukus sekitar 1/2 jam dalam api sedang. Dan siap di hidangkan .
