白酒啫喱杯
材料:
- 水300ml
- 白酒500ml
- 士多啤梨 50g
- 魚膠粉15g
- 冰糖80克
- 薄荷葉5片
做法:
- 用3湯匙水將魚膠粉浸透。
- 將冰糖與水融化,煮沸
- 混入魚膠粉,充分攪拌直至溶解。
- 關火後倒入白酒。
- 將士多啤梨切成小塊,放在玻璃杯中
- 切碎薄荷葉,放入玻璃杯中
- 倒入啫喱液。冷藏4小時即可。
White wine jelly
Ingredient:
- Water 300ml
- White wine 500ml
- strawberry 50g
- Gelatin 15g
- Rock sugar 80g
- Mint leaves 5pcs
Method:
- Soaked the gelatin with 3tbsp of water.
- Melted the rock sugar with water, bring it to boil
- Mix in the gelatin, stir well until it dissolve.
- Pour in white wine after turn off the heat
- Cut the strawberry into small pieces and place in the glass
- Cut the mint leaves, place into the glass also
- Pour in the jelly mixture. Refrigerate for 4hours.
