粟米魚塊
Fish fillet in sweet corn sauce
Fillet ikan dalam saus jagung manis

粟米魚塊
材料:

  1. 魚柳200克切塊
  2. 粟米蓉1盒
  3. 蒜蓉1/4茶匙
  4. 雞蛋2隻打發
  5. 洋蔥1/4個切粒

醃魚材料:

  1. 鹽1/8茶匙
  2. 糖1/8茶匙
  3. 胡椒粉1/4茶匙
  4. 麻油1/4茶匙
  5. 生粉1茶匙

調味料:

  1. 盬1/4茶匙
  2. 糖1/4茶匙
  3. 胡椒粉1/4茶匙

Fish fillet in sweet corn sauce

ingredient:

  1. Fish fillet 200 grams cut into pieces
  2. cream style corn 1 box
  3. garlic 1/4 teaspoon minced
  4. 2 beaten eggs
  5. 1/4 onion diced

marinated fish :

  1. Salt 1/8 teaspoon
  2. Sugar 1/8 teaspoon
  3. pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  4. sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon
  5. corn starch 1 teaspoon

seasoning:

  1. salt 1/4 teaspoon
  2. Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  3. pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  4. sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon
  5. water 200ml

method:

  1. marinated fish fillet for 1/2 hours, mix with eggs and corn starch, coat corn starch on the fillet
  2. heat the oil in wok, deep fried the fillet, set on the plate
  3. heat the oil in wok, add onions, garlic, cream style corn and seasoning cook for 3 minutes, add corn starch solution, pour on the top of the fillet, ready to serve

Perut babi direbus  

Bahan:

  1. Daging babi 600g - cincang
  2. Cabe kering x 1
  3. Jahe 3 iris
  4. Bawang Spring 2 tandan
  5. Bintang anise x 2

  Bumbu:

  1. Garam 1/4 sdt
  2. Crystal Sugar 1tsp
  3. Anggur ketan kuning 300ml
  4. Air - cukup untuk menutupi daging babi
  5. Saus Kedelai Gelap 1 sdt

  Cara memasak :

  1. Panaskan wajan, tumis tumis perut kolam sampai kedua sisi emas. Menyisihkan
  2. Tambahkan minyak ke dalam wajan, masukkan gula kristal, tumis dalam api kecil sampai berubah menjadi warna karamel. Masukkan kembali daging babi, tambahkan jahe, cabe dan adas manis, aduk rata. Tuangkan anggur, bumbu dan air, masak dengan api kecil selama sekitar satu jam. Kurangi saus dalam api yang tinggi. Melayani
