醬煎雞扒
材料:
- 雞扒1件
- 亁蔥頭1/2茶匙
- 蒜蓉1/2茶匙
- 薑蓉1/2茶匙
- 洋蔥 1/4個
調味料:
- 鹽1/4茶匙
- 糖1/4茶匙
- 茄汁1湯匙
- 豆辦醬1茶匙
- 生抽1茶匙
- 老抽1/2茶匙
- 胡椒粉1/4茶匙
- 麻油1/4茶匙
- 生粉1湯匙
- 酒1湯匙
做法:
- 雞用調味料醃半小時以上
- 鑊放入油燒熱,放入雞慢火煎兩面金黄色至熟即成
Pan Fried Chicken Chop
Ingredients:
- Chicken Chop x 1
- Dried Shallot 1/2 tsp
- Garlic 1/2 tsp
- Ginger 1/2 tsp
Seasoning:
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/4 tsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Bean paste 1 tsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp
- Potato Starch 1 tbsp
- Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Methods:
- Marinate the chicken for at least half an hour.
- Heat oil in a wok, pan fry the chicken until both sides golden and cooked.
Ayam goreng
Bahan:
- Daging ayam x 1
- Bawang Kering 1/2 sdt
- Bawang putih 1/2 sdt
- Jahe 1/2 sdt、
Bumbu:
- Garam 1/4 sdt
- Gula 1/4 sdt
- Ketchup 1 sdm
- Saus kedelai paste 1 sdt
- Saus Kedelai 1 sdt
- Saus Kedelai Gelap 1/2 sdt
- Lada 1/4 sdt
- Minyak wijen 1/4 sdt
- Kentang Pati 1 sdm
- Memasak Anggur 1 sdm
Metode:
- Bumbui ayam paling sedikit setengah jam.
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis ayam sampai kedua sisi berwarna keemasan dan matangdan siap di sajikan.
