香鹵豬肉
Chinese marinated pork
Daging babi berbumbu cina

香鹵豬肉

材料:

1.豬肉600克

卥水汁:
1.鹵水包1個
2.蒜頭3粒
3.乾葱頭3粒
4.薑3片
5..葱1棵
6.酒2湯匙
7.生抽300ml
8.老抽200ml
9.鹽1/2茶匙
10.冰糖200克
11.水1000ml
12.酒2湯匙
须試味(要大咸大甜)

煮法:
1.镬放入水燒滾,放入薑片,葱,放入豬肉,飛水拿出洗淨
2.鹵水汁放入镬中,放入蒜,乾葱,葱,薑片炒香,放入鹵水料,放入豬肉,煮滾轉小火,约45分鐘豬肉淋拿出放凉切片放碟上即成

Chinese marinated pork

ingredient:
1.600 grams of pork

Chinese marinated sauce ingredient:

  1. Chinese marinate spice pack
  2. garlic 3 cloves
  3. shallot 3pcs
  4. ginger 3pcs
  5. spring onion 1 brunch
  6. wine 2 tablespoons
  7. light soy sauce 300ml
  8. dark soy sauce 200ml
  9. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  10. rock sugar 200 grams
  11. Water 1000ml
  12. wine 2 tablespoons

MUST TASTING(need to be really salty and sweet)

 

Cooking method:

  1. boil water, add ginger, spring onion then blanching the pork
  2. put all Chinese marinated sauce spice pack ingredient in large pan, add garlic, shallot, sping onions, ginger to saute to release the flavor, add remaining ingredient, add pork, bring it to boil, simmering for 45 mins, ready to serve

Daging babi berbumbu cina

bahan:

1.600 gram daging babi

Ramuan saus berbumbu Cina:

  1. bumbu rempah-rempah Cina
  2. bawang putih 3 siung
  3. bawang merah 3pcs
  4. jahe 3 pcs
  5. daun bawang 1 brunch
  6. anggur 2 sendok makan
  7. kecap kecap 300ml
  8. kecap hitam 200ml
  9. 9.Salt 1/2 sendok teh
  10. gula pasir 200 gram
  11. Air 1000ml
  12. anggur 2 sendok makan

HARUS SEMPURNA (perlu benar-benar asin dan manis)

 

Cara  memasak:

  1. Rebus air, tambahkan jahe, daun bawang kemudian blansing/ bilas daging babi

2. Taruh semua bumbu ramuan ramuan rempah-rempah dalam panci besar, tambahkan bawang putih, bawang merah, bawang merah, jahe untuk tumis untuk melepaskan rasa, menambahkan sisa bahan, menambahkan daging babi, membawanya sampai mendidih, mendidih selama 45 menit, siap disajikan.
