魚鬆炆蘿蔔
材料:
1.蘿蔔,300克切條
2.鯪魚肉200克
3.甘荀5片
4.薑3片
5.蔥1棵切度
6.雲耳10克泡水
7.蒜蓉1/2茶匙
8.冬菇3隻切片
調味料:
1.鹽1/4茶匙
2.糖1茶匙
3.胡椒粉1/8茶匙
4.麻油1茶匙
5.水200ml
6.蠔油1茶匙
煮法:
1.魚肉放入鑊中煎两面金黄色至熟拿起切件
2.鑊放入油燒熱,放入薑片、甘筍、冬菇爆香,放入雲耳、蒜蓉、蘿蔔放入調味料、魚鬆加蓋煮至蘿蔔熟最後用生粉水打芡加入葱即成
Braised radish with dace fish cake
material:
- Radish 300 g cut the strip

- sesame oil 1 teaspoon
- water 200ml
- oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
Cooking method:
- pan fried the fish paste until golden brown for each side, cut into strip.
- heat the oil in wok, saute the ginger, radish and fish cake strip, add seasoning, cook until the radish fully cooked. Thicken the sauce with corn starch mixture. Add the green onions, ready to serve.
Sayap ayam asin
Bahan:
- Sayap ayam 300g
- 3 siung bawang putih - cincang
- Bawang daun bawang 1 ikat - dicincang
Bumbu ayam:
- jahe 1tsp
- bawang putih 1tsp
- Garam laut 1 / 2tsp
- minyak 1tsp
Cara memasak :
- Rendam sayap ayam selama 1 jam.
- Masukkan ke dalam wajan, masak selama 20 menit.
- Taburi dengan bawang hijau cincang. Dan siap di hidangkan .
