鹽焗雞翼
材料:
- 雞中翼300g
- 蒜頭3粒切碎
- 八角 2粒
- 五香粉 1湯匙
- 粗鹽5杯
做法:
- 將雞翼與蒜蓉放在焗爐紙內包好
- 在白鑊內加入粗鹽、五香粉和八角炒香
- 放入雞翼包,蓋上少許鹽在上
- 加蓋中小火焗20分鐘即可
Ingredient:
- Chicken wings 300g
- Garlic 3cloves – chopped
- Star anise 2pcs
- five-spice powder 1tbsp
- sea salt 1.5cup
Method:
- Add the chicken wing and garlic in baking paper and wrap it.
- Sautéed sea salt, five spice powder and star anise without oil
- Put in the chicken wing, cover with little salt on top.
- Cover the lid, cook for 20mins in med-low heat, serve.
Sayap ayam asin
Bahan:
- Sayap ayam 300g
- 3 siung bawang putih - cincang
- Bawang daun bawang 1 ikat - dicincang
Bumbu ayam:
- jahe 1tsp
- bawang putih 1tsp
- Garam laut 1 / 2tsp
- minyak 1tsp
Cara memasak :
- Rendam sayap ayam selama 1 jam.
- Masukkan ke dalam wajan, masak selama 20 menit.
- Taburi dengan bawang hijau cincang. Dan siap di hidangkan .
