黄酒炆雞
材料:
- 雞1隻切件
- 薑6片
- 乾葱頭3粒
- 紅棗5粒去核
- 杞子10粒泡水
醃雞材料:
- 鹽1/4茶匙
- 糖1/4茶匙
- 生抽1/2茶匙
- 酒1茶匙
- 生粉1茶匙
- 油1茶匙
調味料:
- 鹽1/4茶匙
- 糖1/4茶匙
- 黄洒300ml
- 胡椒粉1/4茶匙
- 麻油1/4茶匙
做法:
鑊放入油燒熱,放入薑,乾葱爆香,放入雞炒香,放入調味料,红棗煮约20分鐘雞熟大火收汁,放下杞子炒勻即成
Rice wine chicken
ingredient:
- whole chicken (cut into small pieces)
- ginger 6 pieces
- shallot 3pcs
- seedless red jujube 5pcs
- wolfberries 10pc soaked in water
Marinated chicken seasoning:
- salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- light soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon
- wine 1 teaspoon
- corn starch 1 teaspoon
- Oil 1 teaspoon
seasoning:
- salt 1/4 teaspoon
- 2.Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- yellow rice wine 300 ml
- white pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- sesame oil 1/4 teaspoon
method:
- heat the oil in wok, sautéed ginger, shallot, then add chicken, seasonings and red jujube cook for about 20 minutes until the chicken fully cooked. Turn to high heat to reduce the exceed liquid, add wolfberries and stir, ready to serve
Ayam anggur nasi
bahan:
- ayam utuh (potong kecil-kecil)
- jahe 6 buah
- bawang merah 3pcs
- tanpa biji merah jujube 5pcs
- wolfberries 10pc direndam dalam air
Bumbu ayam yang diasinkan:
- garam 1/4 sendok teh
- Sugar 1/4 sendok teh
- Saus kecap ringan 1/2 sendok teh
- anggur 1 sendok teh
- tepung jagung 1 sendok teh
- Minyak 1 sendok teh
bumbu:
- garam 1/4 sendok teh
- Sugar 1/4 sendok teh
- nasi kuning 300 ml
- lada putih 1/4 sendok teh
- minyak wijen 1/4 sendok teh
metode:
- panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis jahe, bawang merah, lalu tambahkan ayam, bumbu masak dan masak jujube merah sekitar 20 menit sampai ayam matang. Balik ke panas tinggi untuk mengurangi cairan melebihi, tambahkan serigala dan aduk, siap sajikan
